Green Spring Tennis and Educational Foundation (GSTEF) offers FREE Adaptive Tennis Programs geared for juniors and adults with special challenges (cognitive and physical).

Experienced tennis professionals teach and oversee each program.

Also, GSTEF will provide a tennis racquet in class for the participants if they do not own one.

GSTEF promotes physical fitness, health and wellness, increased self-esteem, and greater functional independence through tennis.

GSTEF also provides opportunities for students and community members to volunteer. Volunteers are utilized in the development and delivery of GSTEF adaptive programming.

Athletes need to wear appropriate sneakers and bring a water bottle.

All training will be held at Green Spring Racquet Club.
